Through Barclays, Platinum Payment Services will process your funds through our client segregated accounts.
Your funds will be deposited and held within our segregated client accounts until your corresponding currency is transferred onwards, within the agreed timescale, into your nominated account.
As with all money transfer services, we are required to identify you and adhere to anti-money laundering procedures. This is why we ask for more than just a signed Terms of Business , although you should familiarise yourself with them before proceeding. Once registered you are under no obligation to trade until you accept a price from one of our dealers. All telephone lines are recorded for security and to avoid confusion.
Online: We will shortly be offering you the ability to access your account online 24/7. You will be also be able to view your trading history/balance, set automatic target prices to buy / sell currency and make international payments.

We realise that all firms are different and we can tailor our services to meet your specific requirements.
If you are currently operating as a Small Payment Institution you may be aware that a number of the major banking liquidity providers will be withdrawing their services from you. Becoming an agent of Platinum Payment Services can overcome this issue and in addition provide you with the benefits already listed.
